From Morning Prayer:

 

Our Lady of the Pillar

 

 

While Jesus was speaking, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, 

 

"Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts that you sucked!"

 

But He said,

 

"Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!"

 

(from the Gospel of Lk. 11: 27-28)

 

I pray that this text finds you gathering with Him.

 

I pray that we may all have had a day of hearing and keeping the word.
