From Domestic Liturgy:

Apparition of St. Michael the Archangel

Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and we shall be satisfied.”

Jesus said to him,

“Have I been with you so long, and yet you do not know me, Philip?

He who has seen me has seen the Father; how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me?

The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works.

Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or else believe me for the sake of the works themselves.

(from the Gospel of John)

I pray that this text finds you seeing the Father in the Son in others.

I pray that we may all have had a day of recognizing Jesus in our daily life.

Please pray for all those listed in all the parts of the litany from last Monday (Part 1)(Part 2)(Part 3)(Part 4).

Christ Is Risen! † 🙏 🐕‍🦺
