From Morning Prayer:

Saint Fidelis of Sigmaringen, Priest, Martyr

The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" So Jesus said to them,

"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink His blood, you have no life in you; he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. ..." ...

(from the Gospel of Jn. 6: 52-59)

I pray this text finds you receiving God's Eucharist (Body, Blood, Soul, Divinity).

I pray that we may all have had a day of welcoming Jesus into our hearts.

Please pray for those listed in all the parts of the litany from last Monday (Part 1), (Part 2), (Part 3), (Part 4), (Part 5), (Part 6), (Part 7), (Part 8), (Part 9), (Part 10), (Part 11).
