From Morning Prayer:

St. John Joseph of the Cross


Peter approached Jesus and asked him, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?”

Jesus answered,

“I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times. ..."

(from the Gospel of Mt 18: 21-35)

I pray that this text finds you being who God made us to be.

I pray that we may all have had a day of offering forgiveness freely.
