He was lost in his daily routine at work.  New doctors have to follow a strict protocol, and today was no exception.  The endless piles of forms to be completed made Bryan's arm hurt as he flailed about the holographic display that only he could see.

How could Orbit know what Grace was thinking before she knew she was thinking it?  The uncanny way that Orbit knew every little detail of Grace's development schedule, her home needs, her personal life...

It had become beyond curious to Grace, but she didn't want to cause any problems between her and her assistant.

Have you ever just sat there, staring into space, wondering how you got where you are?  Yes, Grace was doing her job, but she was also distracted from her regular work, trying to understand a chemical reaction in a new metal alloy she was developing, at least part, part-time.

Grace was starting to notice the uncanny way that Orbit knew what was happening in her life, heck, in her head!  There were things that she knew she hadn't discussed with her, or anyone else for that matter, that just seemed to pop up in conversation.

Maybe it was that she graduated with her degree and now might have more time to think about things, or maybe it was that Bryan was super busy as a new doctor, what with rounds and house calls and service to pay for his schooling, but the phone calls were definately slower than they had been.

Greetings SubAqua fans!  I'm still reworking the second edit.  It may seem painfully slow to those not familiar with the process, but this is the way it often is.

Not to lose heart!  Grace and Bryan are alive and well.  Grace has graduated 3rd school and is now a Division Head at CNEOS.  She's met Orbit (her new intern) and is settling in to the status quo.

Writing the new chapters for the beginning of the book is going well.

There is a lot of great opening centered on Grace's daily life.

What a fun way to be introduced to a positive time full of new discoveries and old life drama.  I guess some things will never change.

Maybe who we are IS programmed into us before we ever exist.

Easter Sunday is my favorite Celebration of the year.  This Easter Vigil was no different, Jesus Christ is RISEN!  He is Truly Risen!

OK - Enough excuses.

I'm hoping to write during the recovery process and that will bring things a little closer to the finish line.

It's time to focus and get after it!

Easter and Holy Week are right around the corner and my first commitment is to God.  There's no contest between what matters and my plans.

April promises two weeks of lock down and I've been doing research on some of the technical aspects of matter transmitters.

More updates will be coming in the near future.

The proof edit is done now.

I need to write chapters 1-3 and 16-19.  Creating the hook in the new beginning and then seamlessly blending it in to the previous beginning is proving to be a challenge.

I also started learning a new method of storytelling.  Parallel plots, multiple key characters and subplots per timeline, etc.  It's giving me the strong urge to re-write the whole book.
